This model provides a five step process to explore the impact and power of difficult, unexpected or intentional life transitions. The interactive format will guide you on how to understand and grow from the adventures, challenges and opportunities in your own life (120 min)

This could be the year that you run a marathon, start a new business or find your dream job. In this interactive workshop you will walk through a four step process that completes the “old” through reflection and awareness and gets you ready for “new” possibilities in the upcoming year. What you'll take away is a clear picture of what your best year yet could be like and the commitment to make it happen! (120 min)

“Digging Out of Destructive Eating” Would you like your eating habits and healthy practices to take root? Creating new habits that last is much like cultivating a thriving garden. This workshop uses the analogy of the garden to teach how you can plant the seeds of a healthy lifestyle and watch yourself blossom!

“Get it Done Now! …a workshop for people who are ready to stop putting things off” This class addresses four aspects of moving into action on those tough projects/goals: creating energy to get started, prioritizing urgent verses important, removing barriers to action and using intention and confidence to follow-through to completion. (Group and individual activities/discussion, some lecture, 120 minutes)

The choice is yours- learn strategies for maintaining your eating, exercise and energy during the holiday season. (60 minute lecture)

Do you want to lose weight, write a book, run a marathon or rediscover part of you that has diminished or disappeared? We all have visions for ourselves but we seldom act on them. What’s getting in your way? Identify what it is that you really want, what stops you and steps to help you get there.

“Step Into Spring: Walking for Fitness” Quantity and quality of life; two great reasons to start exercising, why people give up on exercise, mental and physical keys to success, how fast, how far, how often, tips for technique and safety, how to stay motivated. (lecture, 60 minutes)

“Fitness After Fifty- Strategies for Healthy Living” the state of the nation’s health, physiological changes with aging, what you need to know about strength training and cardiovascular conditioning, mental gymnastics, the three key components to make it stick. (lecture, 60 minutes)

“Going from Busy to Balanced- How to Take Back Your Time” Are you running your life or is it running you? Learn how to add purpose and intention to your life and create balance. Use the “life wheel” exercise, identify your key values, clarify some action steps to remove the “clutter” and time wasters from your life.
